As for the album&#039;s philosophical leanings? I find that difficult to fathom. And several people who contributed songs to the record, including Laurie Anderson (who wrote one of the songs, &quot;The Day the Devil Comes to Getcha,&quot; from which the title comes, though if memory serves there&#039;s at least one other song here in which the word &quot;innocent&quot; plays an important role) and the late Arthur Russell, seem to have little difficulty keeping their work in print. 

In any case, I eagerly await these new mixes and reissues.</description>
